Return and refund period
At Curalise, your satisfaction is our priority. If an item does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Be returned in their original condition – unworn, unwashed and undamaged
- Be in their original packaging with all included accessories
- Include proof of purchase (order number)
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Return procedure
To initiate a return, please contact us by email at the following address: contact@curalise.com, specifying your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service will provide you with the procedure to follow.
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in case of error on our part (e.g.: defective, damaged or incorrect item).
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will inform you of the approval or refusal of your refund.
If the return is approved, the refund will be made via the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
Exchanges
Exchanges are possible. If you wish to change size or model, simply contact us at contact@curalise.com. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
