The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible precision. Photographs and illustrations are not contractual. Curalise cannot be held responsible for any minor differences between the delivered product and its representation on the site.
Article 4 – Orders
Customers can place orders directly on the curalise.com site. Any order implies acceptance of these general conditions. A confirmation email is sent to the customer after order validation.
Article 5 – Prices
Prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included. Curalise reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with products being invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.
Article 6 – Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Payments can be made by credit card or any other means offered on the site. All transactions are secure.
Article 7 – Delivery
